Before collecting live operator, aircraft, payment, provider or employee information, publish a privacy policy that matches the actual data flows and vendors used by the production platform.
Production privacy policy should match reality
Document account data, fleet and tail information, service requests, location/flight data, uploaded photos, provider credentials, analytics, cookies, payment processors, communications, retention, security practices, California privacy rights where applicable, and third-party subprocessors.
